Joint Mobility: Joint mobility is the ability of a joint to move freely and through its full range of motion. It depends on factors like the health of the joint, the surrounding muscles, and the flexibility of the joint capsule and ligaments. Mobility training aims to optimize joint mobility, which can improve movement efficiency and reduce the risk of injuries.
