Spencer Aiken from Stronger Together Education Academy held a professional development training for our physical education and health teachers in February 2023.  Spencer is very knowledgeable in all things regarding fitness.  The training really helped our teachers reexamine their fitness instruction and implement the latest scientifically based fitness principles in their classes.  The professional development was transformative.  I would highly recommend Spencer Aiken to come out to your district for training.
